I created this practice because too many women are dismissed in their most powerful and vulnerable seasons: pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.
I’ve been there, both as a clinician and as a woman. I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own body, to second-guess yourself, to search for answers and still feel unseen. That’s why this space exists: to offer the kind of care that listens deeply, honors your story, and helps you reconnect with yourself.
My Story
Hi, I’m Glenda, a registered dietitian with 16+ years of clinical experience, a hormone health specialist, and a mom of three.
In my 30s, I faced health challenges that flipped everything I thought I knew as a practitioner. My pregnancies in my 30s and 40s gave me a deeper understanding of nourishment, resilience, and what true support really looks like.
Then came perimenopause—a total recalibration. I refused to accept the narrative of “falling apart after 40.”
Instead, I built a new one: strength, energy, and radical self-trust.
Today, I help other women rise from depletion and confusion into clarity, vitality, and grounded wellbeing.
No dieting. No shame. No chasing perfection. Just science, soul, and support.

But honestly, my most powerful training has come from being the woman on the other side. I was the one who didn’t feel heard, the one who needed more. Now I offer the kind of support I wish I had back then.
